Sunset Residences condominium development continues to impress with the speed of the construction. In fact, I’m not the only one whose impressed by the speed, apparently the project developers themselves are pleasantly surprised.

Soon after this project was announced construction started. Others projects never really kicks off after the announcement, such as The Cliff condo. If the Sunset condo contractor keeps up this speed, the project will open ahead of time.

Sunset Residences is a small condo development located at walking distance from Eagle Beach, near the hospital and rival Jardines del Mar. Sunset is going to feature only 18 units, thus having a more intimate atmosphere. Prices start just over $300K for the smallest units.
