The development of Oasis condo is in advanced stages of the framing phase. The usage of steel beams in constructions has always been minimal in Aruba as opposed to other countries. I’m seeing this relatively new trend in much new construction of buildings.

Getting back to Oasis, this small scale condo project is now a few months underway and the construction efforts have advanced to almost finishing the steel frames. In above picture you can see how the top of the middle section still needs horizontal framing.
Oasis Condo is a project of 35 luxury units located near Eagle Beach. It neighbors MVC, Oceania, Morgan’s Water Park and Chalet Suisse restaurant. Oasis is supposed to be luxurious, therefore prices start around US$460,000 for the smaller units. For more information visit their website.
