Acqua reaching fifth floor
Following our continuing series on Acqua condo construction development, this is another update. Recently the developers of Acqua received some unsubstantiated heat, which they’ve categorically denied.
Because of that I’ve received several worried e-mail from buyers asking me for news about the condo. I’ve written about the project from the start, but since the reports and requests I’ve increased the updates, from an independent perspective.
As the sales effort continues, construction at the first – and only – tower is currently ongoing. The first tower reached the fifth floor. Although – admittedly – slower than forcast, the construction effort continues. Acqua is projected to open in 2011.
