Excavation for the foundation full ahead

The preparations for the construction-start of The Cliff condo are full ahead. The excavation for the start of the foundation has progressed nicely. In above picture you might get an idea as to what has been done so far.

Behind the The Cliff condo are the same people who are behind Oceania Residences just a few miles south at Eagle Beach.

For major construction efforts to start, I believe Oceania Residences must be completely finished. The construction capacity that frees up will then be put at The Cliff.

The Venezuelan developer, Pering, has deep pockets to carry two rather large condo projects in Aruba.
