Constructing a new bar at South Beach Centre
South Beach Centre shopping has been operational for a few month now, while currently the final touches are being laid. South Beach managed to reel in a major attraction by way of Hard Rock Cafe Aruba.
The design of the building won’t win any awards for inventive or ground breaking – some people refer to it as “blocks” – but its location is very good, parking is ample, price per square foot is competitive and the variety of business there is mixed, though food & beverage heavily represented.
Above picture shows a new construction in the middle of the walk path. Most probable to open there is a bar, as they try to capture the foot traffic that specific area receives.
