Construction activity at Sunset Residence

One thing that has impressed at Sunset Residence must be the construction speed. It’s very unusual to report but this project seems to be ahead of schedule. Even the developers are surprised by the speed of the contractors.

I’ve been pretty bullish about this project. If you are a frequent reader you know I appreciate the smaller projects with what I describe as character. The location is perfect, near Eagle Beach and between local health care service providers.

Sunset Residence consist only 0f 18 units, size ranging from 113 sq. meter (1215 sq. feet) to 201 sq. meter (2163). Additionally units are 2 bedroom/2 bathroom or 4 bedroom/3 bathroom. Below more pictures.
