Coral Pyramid located on main road Oranjestad – Airport
Coral Pyramid is a project which consist of 4 city apartments, located on the outskirts of Oranjestad. Each floor is one apartment on itself, with the ground floor being the common area and parking.
This project started last year forcefully with many workers, but as the economy started to wane the developers decided to slow the construction significantly.
Now, things seem to have picked up again. The construction is going on full ahead. The outside is covered now with luxury panels and the ceilings are also being installed. Expect this one to be delivered somewhere next year. Below more pictures.

Sure, Richard. The last information I manage is that the price per square meter is $4500, pre-construction price. The size of the units are between 350 and 450 square meter. The smallest unit costs $1.6 million and the biggest $ 2 million. There are only 4 units for sale. I’m not sure how many are currently available for sale.
