The Hurricane Center just upgraded Felix to a hurricane category 1 on the Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Scale. The storm travels at a speed of 18 mph towards the west and has sustained winds of 75 mph. Current advisory for the ABC-islands remains unchanged: tropical storm warning.
