Stale framing at Oasis
Oasis Luxury Condominium at Eagle Beach is a small condominium project, adjacent to Oceania Residences condo, Marine Verlofcentrum, Tulip Restaurant and Chalet Suisse Restaurant. Farther back there are Morgan’s Island water park and The Aruban Resort’s casino. All in all a good location to build a condo project.
The project consists of 35 units. It is one of the smallest projects currently ongoing, which is a good thing. According to the plans the project is being developed on a 94.184 square feet (8.750 sq. mtr.), long lease land I presume. Long lease land gives officials the power to set more rules to the project, development and finished product than a property land would.
Construction of Oasis condo started slowly last year. I posted about this development around the time when the ground was being prepared for the construction of the base. Now, a couple of months later, a good portion of the framing of one of the buildings is up. You won’t see anybody in the picture as I took it almost around sunset when everybody has already left.
