Oasis condo is one of those properties that move ahead slowly but surely. Construction at this property seems to go on a typical island pace. No hurry really, more importantly construction never stopped.
Oasis condo is a 35 unit project located near Eagle Beach and construction started some three years ago. According to the developers this project will be finalized at the end of this year. Units start around $449.000.
Important to mention is that the construction of Oasis is financed independently. This means that they don’t use the funds of pre-sale to finish the construction, according to the developers.

Gabriel, love the updates on Oasis. Since we bought in August 2009, we thankful for the slow pace as we are awaiting the sale of our condo in Palma Real. If anyone is looking or a full-furnished, turn key condo in Aruba, great location, have them email us.
