Landscaping phase at Morgan’s Island

A lot of work has been put lately in the final stages before opening of Morgan’s Island water park. After seeing what they have accomplished as of late, I believe grand opening is days away rather than weeks. Finally, after 3+ years of delays, Morgan’s Island is going to open soon.

I haven’t heard or read anything about a specific date, or if it would a regular inauguration, fact remains that it’s not going to take long anymore. Morgan’s water park has become the most anticipated tourism related project in recent years on this island. More pictures after the jump.

Meanwhile I received a message from Omaira Silva from Mosaic Art Studio Aruba who is working on a cool project within Morgan’s. She is the artist working on a making a mosaic piece featuring a pirate. She expects to wrap up that project soon. Please view the pictures below.

Is morgan water park by the palm plaza shopping center?

The water park is located near Eagle Beach area, about 10 minutes away from Palm Beach Plaza shopping center. From the principal road from the Airport-High Rise resorts, Morgan’s very noticeable.

I’m not sure how familiar you are on this island, but in case you are familiar, in the surrounding area of the water park are Eagle Beach, Oceania condo, Oasis condo, Chalet Suisse restaurant, The Aruban Resort, La Cabana Resort, MVC Eagle Beach motel, Paradise Beach Villas resort.
