In several other posts about condominiums on this website I’ve discussed the rise of this new form of real estate and/or tourism in Aruba. Condominiums and tourism are closely linked, clearly the expected client base for these properties for the most part are foreign nationals.
Indeed, condominiums continue to rise in Aruba. I recently stumbled upon another one, perhaps the nicest condominium yet: Aruba Pearl.
Aruba Pearl is a project of 25 luxury condos located close to Eagle Beach. According to the project details Aruba Pearl is offering condo living with hotel service. Expect all hotel amenities to be offered like housekeeping, towel service and all kind of other perks.
The presentation of the project is extremely well. The website is slick, open and very easy to read. They have some amazing artist impressions on the rooms.
I searched some background information on the developers with the Chamber of Commerce, however I came up short. Not much information available.

On a related note I still haven’t seen a report, article or study that addresses the impact these condominium-constructions have on the economic growth of the island.

I am looking for any information on Aruba Pearl resort, we
have rented a unit for the month of March and
only found there web page, appreciate any update on
this place. It looks really good, just a little concerned.

What I can tell you is that the project is operational. As of today units are rented, and as far as I know there are several units still for purchase/rent. If have toured the facilities at Pearl and the project is very comfortable (luxurious) and spacious. It’s quiet there, but it lacks certain vibe/ambiance. Overall its clean, new and nice. I’m planning to write about Pearl in the future.
The bad part about many local resorts, tour operators, developers or other service providers aren’t internet savvy and don’t understand the true importance of having a updated web presence. Pearl in this case doesn’t provide recent web updates, however, they are very fast with e-mail replies. Thank you for your comment.
