La Cabana Villas Is No More

After a long legal battle KL Holding Company from Las Vegas, Nevada, recently acquired the properties of La Cabana Villas, adjacent restaurant [which is temporarily Key Largo Casino, Bar & Restaurant] and Royal Cabana Casino.

KL Holding announced that they are turning this property into an upscale but affordable resort. The casino is going to be rebuild and will be one of the biggest in the Caribbean.

The new name: The Aruban Resort & Casino.

The change is welcome and the reconstruction is very much needed, however the name is not very creative or original.
