Oasis at Eagle Beach Aruba [from Oasis Aruba]

The latest addition to the ever expanding inventory of condominiums in Aruba is: Oasis Luxury Condominiums. This 35 unit project will be build at Eagle Beach. The units will be divided between two buildings on a 94,184 sq. ft. (8,750 sq. mts.) piece of prime land.

According to the sales pitch, this project will feature a swimming pool, two-storey lobby, sun-filled hallways and corridors and a gym.
The developers are F.G. Developers N.V. and Deconferca [website in Spanish]. F.G. Developers is unknown to me. This company doesn’t appear to be registered in the database of Aruba’s Chamber of Commerce. By law they are required to be registered, however. Perhaps it is a new company and the Chamber’s database hasn’t been update yet. Update: I’ve learned all details about the developers and financing.

Deconferca on the other hand appears to be a major developer in Venezuela. I’m familiar with some of the projects listed on the company’s website.
Any developer which presents a new project also inaugurates its corresponding website. The ever present Flash presentation couldn’t be left out.

This project has yet to begin. No unit-prices are available. Update: units start above $440.000.
