Recently Hi-Winds 2009 was announced to the public once more and will take place from July 1st to July 6th of this year. This wind water sport yearly event is taking place for the 23rd time this year.
Two disciplines at Aruba Hi-Winds are windsurfing and kiteboarding. Aruba weather is perfect for an international surfing competition especially with the trades winds blowing at an average speed of 2o mph.
